"Cure sometimes, heal often, support always"
Hippocrates

Being healthy is more than the absence of disease. It is a sense of balance and fulfilment in the physical, emotional, spiritual and social aspects of our lives. Integrative medicine aims to address core imbalance issues, using tools and techniques appropriate to each individual.

Dr Juliane Kause is passionate about aligning life span and health span, helping each patient to create and sustain improved health and a sense of wellbeing, working in partnership with her patients and colleagues.

Why integrative medicine?

The World Health Organisation defines health as a state of “complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity”.

Integrative medicine plays a small part in achieving such a state of wellbeing.

It is practiced across many different disciplines and focuses on fixing the whole person, not just “fixing a part”, based on good science and neither rejects conventional medicine nor accepts alternative practices uncritically.

As the pendulum of accepted medical practice swings between reductionist scientific approaches and traditional, holistic and psychological aspects of the healing arts, endless options become available for each of us to make the right choices.

Integrative medicine uses the best possible treatments from both allopathic medicine and complimentary or alternative medicines, based on the individual’s needs and medical condition.

I invite you to lead your best healthy life with a combination of internal medicine and integrative medicine.
